DUTIES – SALES ASSISTANT
• Prepare pricing using Pricing Template
• Prepare quotation for clients using Quotation template
• Ensure quotation technically compliant, clearly highlighting variances
• Maintain daily records of quotations made and update Quotation Register
• Work ahead of schedule, and ensure deadlines are not missed
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued self education via professional publications, professional networks etc
• Adhere to company processes and procedures to maximize the benefit to the company
• Comply with producing monthly reports on activities and progress
• To contribute to the smooth running of the office through following company policies and procedures, including up to date latest relevant literature.
• To ensure all documentation requirements are followed as per the directions laid out
• To maintain necessary files, records and documentation for each employee and updating it with any addition requirements whenever needed.
