Position: E-Commerce Specialist KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- getting from markets at least 2 offers per month********
- Create, enhance, edit, and verify product listings
- Perform site audits by cross-referencing data in MS Excel.
- Coordination with our stores, warehouse and product suppliers.
- Update products, product prices, descriptions, and photos.
- Ensure images and product information are accurate and match actual inventory.
- Research competitors and do market analysis to help maintain competitive market pricing.
- Upload product information, verify, add, and correct the accuracy of product data.
- Help to process orders,
- Takes orders via phone.
- Handles any customer inqu
- Answering customer emails and phone calls
- Daily administrative tasks.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Needs to be committed, punctual, driven, organized, professional and energetic.
- Skill in dealing with the public; knowledge of and proven ability to apply customer service techniques.
- Graduated from University
- Speaking and writing in English.
- Advanced in computer and Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Under 30 years old

** Work place: Mansour- Baghdad Salary: 900.000 Iraqi
